Episode 12 of Mallercast is ready for your eardrums:
We chat about the lovely Tesla Solar Roof, MacBook pain and a lot more…
Last week we forgot to talk about the Microsoft Surface Studio. It’s really neat, but, it runs Windows (yuck):
The timing of this fancy new Microsoft computer is making the lackluster new Apple MacBook Pro all the more frustrating for diehard Mac users. Personally, I would be happy to use the new 13″ MacBook Pro, but many other people are upset.
What they don’t like about the new MacBook Pros:
-They’re upset about the 16gb RAM limitation
-They’re upset that it doesn’t have a discrete graphics card
-They’re upset about high price
-They’re upset that it seems more like consumer Air replacement
-They’re upset there is no new Apple monitor
-They’re upset there is no new Mac Pro computers
In happier news, Tesla announced a beautiful new Solar Roof product:

Also, Google Home reviews came out this week. The basic impression is that it’s very similar to the Amazon Echo, which is kind of disappointing.
And that’s it for now!
